I
think the most important thing in my protocol and for anyone living
with Hepatitis C is to drink lots and lots of water.
It was suggested to drink 1oz of water for every 2lbs. of body weight.
Sipping it slowly throughout the day - it's important not to gulp
water too fast. I put the HydraCel® from RBC in my water, juice
and herbal teas all day long. And I also carry water in the car
and have a bottle on my desk with me by the computer.
As
I said in my personal story, I love my Spirulina smoothies in the
morning. Fill
your blender half way with frozen or fresh fruit. And add 1tsp.
of Green Phyto Powder, 2 tsp. of Spirulina Powder and 1 tsp. of
Vitaloe (optional), then add your good natural juice and please
check that it's not fortified with vitamin A or iron - and I found
one locally with a lot less sugar too. I sometimes add the organic
aloe vera juice (plain) from RBC. Turn up your blender for a few
seconds and wella. After you pour your smoothie into your glass
add a good squirt of your HydraCel® this way microclustering
all those great natural ingredients and you'll absorb more at a
cellular level now too. I drink a glass or two in the morning and
have the rest of the blender full later in the day. A great energy

diet, dark green leafy organic vegetables are excellent, as well
as raw veggies and fruit. The fruit and veggies are loaded with
enzymes which help with digestion. Red meat is not good for HepC
because of the high iron content and its extremely hard to digest
making an already challenged liver 'work' harder. Spirulina is
an excellent source of protein, amino acids B12 & Folic Acid
and there's new research from UC Davis here in California proving
that the RBC Spirulina grown in Hawaii can boost your natural
TCells and interferon by 126 Xs!!!
I
eat more fresh chicken, turkey, and fish. Make things like turkey
tacos and egg salad and tuna sandwiches on whole wheat bread instead
of white breads. It's about balance - I'm not a saint so regarding
sugar I still have a chocolate chip cookie or two but I eat a
couple and not the whole bag at one sitting. I steer clear of
fried and fatty foods and if I do eat them I take the digestive
enzymes from RBC and their metabolism formula to help me digest
the fats quicker and take the stress off my liver.
I
drink green tea sometimes as it helps with the bowels and it is
an excellent antioxidant. And I make 'fizzie' drinks now with
the Microhydrin Powder, HydraCel®, the new Vitaloe from RBC
which has the heart of the aloe plant, shitake mushroom, astralagas
and nopal cactus (all wonderful for the immune system) and organic
juice. Yummy!
By
cutting back on all kinds of sugars and fats I found that after
starting to eat more nutritionally and taking supplements, my
cravings for sugar did decrease. I have also dropped eating cheese
and most milk products - they can really effect your digestion
and I have found the Artichoke and Digestible Enzymes have helped
with digestion greatly! Also, things like Celery, Broccoli, &
Cucumbers. Again, I have cut back on all fried foods and watch
my fat intake overall. I don't take a multi-vitamin with iron
in it or with man-made vitamin A. Today I prefer an organic whole
food vitamin from RBC with a natural form of beta-carotene in
them.
3 scoops of organic non flavored yogurt (optional)
1 tbl of wheat germ -or- flax seed meal (optional)
Fill the blender now 1/2 - 3/4 with your favorite fresh or frozen
fruit and add the following nutrients. (Black - Straw - Blue berries
etc.)
1 to 2 tsps of Green Phyto Power
1 tsp of Spirulina Powder (buy the 8oz or 16oz)
Give it a good squirt of HydraCel
Now add slowly to almost the top your favorite less acidic organic
juice. I have found one here in California in Trader Joes' (Rasberry
Peach Blossom) with zero vitamin A & zero iron. Organic orange juice
is great too *but with all juices watch out for the sugar count.
*I am now using Rice-Dream's Rice Milk instead of juice = less sugar!
And tastes GREAT on cereal too.
Turn up to high for a few seconds and your done. Yummy! This can
store in the blender overnite too. Get a to-go cup and take to work
with you etc. Enjoy!
