PRAYERS

I Love My Liver

I let go of everything I no longer need. I joyfully release all irritation, criticism, and condemnation.

My consciousness is now cleansed and healed. Everything in my life is in Divine Right Order. Everything that happens is for my highest good and greatest joy.

I find love everywhere in my life. I choose the thoughts that heal, cleanse, and uplift me. I love and appreciate my beautiful liver!

Perfect Health and Well Being

There is one God all loving and all-powerful and all knowing. And God is that Divine Spark that Divine Perfect Loving Intelligence and Life-Force that's found in everything and everyone that ever was or ever will be. God truly is ALL. And I am one with God just as I know my family and friends are one with God.

I speak my word knowing that each of us are blessed, and perfectly aligned with Spirit, perfectly aligned with all that's good. Today I move into a deeper Self-Realization a deeper knowingness of my oneness with God and all life. Right here and now I release any and all old thought patterns that no longer serve me.

I release all sense of shame, all self-doubt and fear and I release all self-judgment and old resentments. They simply wash away into the nothingness from where they came. And I accept at a deeper level more good, more God, more of that loving Christ light and energy into my heart and into my life in its place. Today I am filled with that loving Christ light. Today I ask God to go before me making the way clear. I ask that I be Divinely guided and protected in all I say and do. Today and relax and let go - I let go and I let God and I see God reflected back to me and in all areas of my life and in all people.

I am that loving place that open instrument from which Spirit expresses through. Today I accept my divine heritage knowing I am Divine Perfect Right Health, knowing that at a cellular level every cell, fiber, molecule of my being is in perfect harmony with God's healing plan for me.

Today I love my liver and send it love and good thoughts. Today I accept all my good and know in Gods eyes I am perfect, whole and complete. And I know that God is my Source and I am open and willing and do so receive generously and abundantly. I am surrounded by love and showered with peace and love in my home and in my work place. Thank you Father, Mother God for all the beautiful blessings that you have given me so freely.

Thank you for my healthy liver and well-being, loving friends and family. Thank you for the energy and vitality that I am and share. And thank you indeed for the opportunities to be of service today in so many ways.

And so it is with a very grateful heart that I simply release this word into the law.

And so it is. ~ Amen

MY STRENGTH IS RENEWED

In God's loving presence I am comforted and renewed. In the silence of prayer, I turn to the one who gives me strength and soothes my troubled heart.

In God's loving presence I am at peace. I am because I have connected on a heart-and-soul level with the peace that passes all understanding. A peace that comforts me and takes my mind off what is making me sad or fearful and focuses it on the Love that is always with me.

In God's loving presence my strength is renewed.  I can literally feel Divine Life and Love as it works its way through every cell and fiber of my body and gives me the courage, vitality and strength to go on. On to a bright future that is filled with Love, Happiness and Hope.

"Balm of the Soul"

In God's loving presence I am comforted and renewed. In the silence of prayer, I turn to the One who gives me strength and soothes my troubled heart.

In God's loving presence, I am at peace. I am because I have connected on a heart-and-soul level with the peace that passes all understanding a peace that comforts me and takes my mind off what is making me sad or anxious and focuses it on the love that is with me always.

In God's loving presence, my strength is renewed. I can literally feel Divine Life and Love as it works its way through every cell of my body and gives me the courage and strength to go on. And I know that I can go on - and I know that you can go on too into a future that is filled with hope.

It is said that the left hand of our bodies "receives" and the right hand "releases." Here's a visual meditation that you can do taking in deep breaths full of life and releasing the day as you exhale.

Take you left hand and swing it to the side saying:

"I release my belief in lack."

And then take both hand and throw them out saying:

"I release all belief in need."

And then throw both hands up above your head saying out loud:

"I am grateful God for perfect health"

"I am grateful God for perfect health"

And last place both hands over your heart and say out loud:

"God is the Health and Wealth I am."

Prayer for [another's] Healing

In the name of God, who is within me, I accept [Its] power with gratitude.

I open my heart and my hands to receive it.

Beloved brother, may this power reach you.

May you be healed.

May every cell of my being, every thought in

my mind is radiant with grace.

Through my [mind], may there now flow to you God's power and God's love.

You are forgiven, for you were not condemned.

You are healed, for you shall now know your innocence.

You are whole.

You are healed.

God sees you this way.

As I accept God more deeply into my heart,

I Accept for myself life's vision of you.

I see only your perfection.

I see only your love.

I see not your past.

I see not your mistakes.

I see not your disease.

I see not your pain.

For they have been cast out though the grace of God.

Through the mercy of the spirit, through the wonder of the Universe, which love us all and gives new life.

May you be blessed and be made new.

You are healed.

You are whole.

And so it is.

Amen

MEDITATION

Meditation is daily part of my spiritual practices too. It's a wonderful tool. You may want to pick up book that may help you. I have found much comfort in meditation and there are several different ways to meditate. I sit comfortably in a straight back chair, and go into meditation after I have read one of the passages for the day in a meditation book, which has a different focus for each day of the year. Many walk and meditate some lie down and some garden or wash the dishes. This is a time of quieting the mind and listening, letting the random thoughts of the day float by not hanging onto any of them. A private time to just "Be." The different meditation books I've read over the years are:

The Daily Word published by Unity

"A Deep Breath of Life"
Daily inspiration for Heart-Centered Living
by Alan Cohen

"Around the Year With Emmet Fox"
A book of Daily Readings

"Simple Abundance a Daybook of Comfort and Joy"
by Sarah Ban Breathnach

 "Each Day a new beginning"
published by Hazelden Meditations

The Science of Mind magazine
"Change your thinking - change your life"

~There are quite a few books out there you can use as guides to learning to meditate~

Ram Dass - "Journey of Awakening"
A meditator's Book

"The Three Minute Meditator" by David Harp

"The Power of the Mind to Heal"
Renewing Body, Mind & Spirit
by Joan and Miroslav Borysenko, PHD's.

I have found a simple saying or "mantra' works best for me. I just sit take a few long breaths and quiet myself and then repeat in my head over an over a simple sentence or line. This helps me keep my mind focused and quiet from the "chatter" . I'll share a few I use here, and suggest you might find a good one that you enjoy over on the Affirmation page too. Just pick one line to use as your "in breath sentence" and one line for your "out breath sentence" and repeat over and over to yourself in your head. Or simply concentrate on your breathing, your in breath and then your out breath slowly.

This is my personal favorite I'd like to share:

I am one with God and all life.

I am Divine perfect health.

I am perfect, whole and complete

Balanced body mind spirit and emotion.

Thank you God for all the good I am and experience.

Meditation shatters the illusion

Of our separateness.

It lets us know that we are connected

To everything.

O Silent Meditation

O Silent Meditation
Please fill my heart with Divine Love
Let your light shine with every step I take
I dance.

O Silent Meditation
Free me of hesitation, free me from fear or self-doubt
May I hear it in my voice, a message truly blessed by angels
Let your Spirit ring out in every breath
I speak

O Silent Meditation
Thank you for quieting
these rambling emotions
Bring to me the peace found at the end of a day well done
Like the joy found in a beautiful melody
I listen

O Silent Meditation
May I experience the enfoldment of self-discovery
Counting my blessings from lessons learned
Fill my minds eye with your magic
I dream

Calming Heart Sutra

This is a powerful threefold meditation.

Intend that your heart and mind grow calm and peaceful and That you fully connect with your own intrinsic unity with the Divine Mind.

"Gate Gate Para-Gate Para Sam Gate Bodi Svaha"

Pronunciation Phonetically:

Gah Tay Gay Tay, Para Gah Tay, para Sahm Gah Tah, Bode-ee-Svah Ha

What this means is:

Gate means gone. Gate means gone. Paragate means gone across,

Para Sam Gate means completely gone across Bodhi - the enlightened state.

Svah mean it is accomplished, I recognize this truth in myself.

This is a powerful meditation.

1.) Place your left hand on top of your right hand, palms up, thumbs touching in front of your chest as if you are cradling your heart center.

2.) Chant the above mantra

3.) Express the intention

Repeat this 9 times to calm your heart

Imagine Buddha

"Picture or imagine that this earth is filled
with Buddhas, that every single being you encounter is
enlightened, except one---yourself!

Imagine that they are all here to teach you. All
those you encounter are acting as they do solely for
your benefit, to provide just the teachings and
difficulties you need to awaken.

Sense what lessons they offer to you. Inwardly
thank them for this. Throughout a day or a week
continue to develop the image of enlightened teachers
all around you. Notice how it changes your whole
perspective on life."
